Position Summary

We are looking for an IPTV Assistant who is responsible for the day-to-day operations related to Digital Television (DTV) channel management. This role requires vigilant monitoring of broadcast signals, ensuring optimal channel performance, and resolving technical issues to maintain seamless service delivery.
Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)
  1. Monitoring/Maintaining Channels
  2. Day to day operation related to DTV.
  3. Access of SMS and CAS systems.
  4. Configuring and maintaining DTV devices.
  5. Configuring switches/router.
  6. Co-ordinating with hardware and software vendor.
  7. Testing firmware and maintain STB.
  8. Schedule visit to LCO/Franchisee/Client inside/outside valley.
  9. Configure/Maintain Servers/Machine as required.
  10. Periodic backup of systems.
  11. Provide training as required.
  12. Inter/Intra Department consultation as required.
  13. Documentation of the work/update files as required.
