Position Summary

We are seeking for a Branch Business Supervisor who can Led and directed the entire business operation of the Branch (which includes the marketing Team, pre-sales Team, and Tele callers, to meet sales revenue, and customer Growth, with network extension and expansion plan, and analytical reporting objectives of the branch. 

Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)

Strategic Management

  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the Branch sales goals and businessobjectives.
  • Determine and monitor the branch key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue vs. plan, booking

Leadership

  • Hire, develop, supervise and mentor Business staff appropriately as per the company’s maturity and Branch size and directly supervise/mentor branch employees as well as define roles and responsibilitiesof each staff.
  • Define and oversee incentive programs that motivate the team to achieve their defined targets.
  • Develop operational goals for the branch and individuals within the division which are aggressive, yet obtainable, and tied to the long-term goals of the branch/company in coordination with the concerne stakeholders.
  • Develop and monitor the KPIs of respective employees and conduct regular coaching, sharing, reviewing, and monitoring sessions to ensure the achievement of the assigned KPIs

Sales and Marketing

  • Analyze business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developingand implementing solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest market status and marketing theory to automate and modernize the sales process.
  • Identify and pass Up-sell and Cross-Sell opportunities to the telecalls.
  • Develop and analyze reports showing new business rates and metrics in new connections.
  • Track all activity in new connections and plan for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the Branch team representative to ensure business growth.
  • Inactive Data analysis and retention plan.
