Position Summary

We are seeking a Junior Sales and Marketing Assistant with exceptional customer service and sales abilities.
Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Create, review, and finalize sales proposals, incorporating customer needs and company offerings.
  • Utilize various social media platforms to generate customer interest, increase brand awareness, and engage with potential customers.
  • Prepare sales forecast reports, analyzing market trends and sales data, and submit them to management for review.
  • Ensure the reduction of suspended and inactive customer accounts by the end of each month.
  • Provide the field team with daily updates and reports regarding non-contactable customers (Upcoming/Inactive/Suspended)
  • Set monthly reactivation targets and implement strategies to achieve them
