- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Create, review, and finalize sales proposals, incorporating customer needs and company offerings.
- Utilize various social media platforms to generate customer interest, increase brand awareness, and engage with potential customers.
- Prepare sales forecast reports, analyzing market trends and sales data, and submit them to management for review.
- Ensure the reduction of suspended and inactive customer accounts by the end of each month.
- Provide the field team with daily updates and reports regarding non-contactable customers (Upcoming/Inactive/Suspended)
- Set monthly reactivation targets and implement strategies to achieve them
