Position Summary

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team and effectively comprehend the requirements of our customers while providing viable services. Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)

These are job responsibilities for Key Account Manager, 

  1. Regularly follow up with both new and existing customers to maintain and grow the business.
  2. Achieve new sales targets in terms of both revenue and the number of new customers.
  3. Prepare and deliver presentations of Subisu's services to corporate clients as required.
  4. Analyze customers' needs and recommend solutions that optimize value and resources for both the customer and the company. Prepare a report on enterprise sales activities and submit it to the supervisor.
  5. Collect and analyze trends in pricing and customer requests for special services in different business zones.
  6. Prepare agreements adhering to the company's terms and conditions and follow up on customer contracts and payments.
  7. Design solutions that align with customer's business requirements in collaboration with internal sales and sales support departments.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities within their firms.
  9. Analyze customers' needs and recommend feasible solutions that optimize value and resources for both the customer and the company.
  10. Execute opportunities within customer firms to develop business.
